商品により送料が異なりますので、各商品のページをご確認ください。なお、１回のお買い物で商品の合計が「20,000円（税込）以上」の場合は、送料無料となります。海外へのお届けについては、お届け先の国によって税金・関税などの費用が課される場合があり、商品をお受け取りの際には、その一切の費用をご負担いただきます。

Products already in inventory are to be shipped out within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. Made-to-order products are to be shipped out within 60 days from the date of receipt of the order, subject to other elements such as the season or the types of the products.

For delivery within Japan, payment method can be chosen from (i) credit card payment, (ii) cash-on-delivery, or (iii) bank transfer, but the "credit card payment" is the only available method for any delivery outside Japan.

Please check the withdrawal policy of your credit card company for any credit card payment. For cash-on-delivery, please pay in cash to the delivery service person on delivery. For bank transfer, you must complete the bank transfer within 7 days from the date of your receipt of automatic order confirmation by e-mail from us.

ご注文時「ご注文を確定する」ボタンをクリックした時点で、お客様のご注文を完了とさせていただきます。ご注文完了後のお客様からのご注文のキャンセルは、いずれのお支払い方法においてもご容赦ください。なお、お支払い方法が銀行振込の方で、注文受付から7日間を過ぎてもご入金が確認できない 場合は、ご注文を一旦キャンセルさせて頂きます。

返品は商品に欠陥がある場合を除き応じかねますのでご了承ください。

商品に欠陥がある場合の返品手続については、商品がお手元に届いてから10日以内に、「注文履歴」ボタンからご連絡ください。

欠陥による返品の場合は、当店着払いにより対応させていただきます。
